On activation I get the message: “could not activate - fatal error”
but it looks like it is installed - I have the PlugIn on the OPTION-Page
But there: Call to undefined function: file_put_contents() in /home/.sites/…………/zeitung.sexworker.at/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wptuner/wptunersetup.php on line 190

Christian — THANK YOU! Your error message provided the clue I needed.
You are running PHP 4; all of my test systems run PHP 5. I’ve worked around the one problem you found, but I need to do better than that. I’m setting up to test on both PHP 4 and PHP 5.

Thanks. There’s something quite strange; the error indicates that the plugin is included twice, which should not happen. I’ll invent a workaround

Please download an updated version of wptuner.php from the wordpress repositoryhere. It replaces the file in your wp-content/plugins/wptuner folder.
I would like to know if this solves the problem for you. If so, I will update the released version with this patch.

Thank you, Pete. That’s my problem too, i’m running PHP 4.*, it’s cause the plugin don’t work. I’ll wait till you have tested on PHP 4 too.

Thank`s for your work! If it will work also on PHP4 it will be one of my favorite tools! I own a second blog (PHP5) and there it works perfect!
